Yesterday, John and Ashley were booted from the Big Brother House in Australia for alleged Sexual Assault on a fellow ousemate earlier that morning. John and Ashley were called to te diary room just as all the other housemates were going to watch the Rogue Traders perform live for them on the spa deck. During those two hours, they were escorted out of the Big Brother house and said that they had a great time in the house and that Big Brother as rules and it was a shame it had to end like this and that they would never do anything to offend fellow housemates.

The allegations say that John and Ashley sexually assaulted Camilla at around 4am, now I am not going to go into detail about it but there has been alot of controversay including Front Page Headlines on most Australian newspapers, and much talk about it in the Official BB forums, which have been shut down by Big Brother for continued talk on this topic. Also Trish Draper has said that she wishes the show be taken off the air, and Channel Ten have been thinking of Axing the show for good. This may be the last series of Big Brother in Australia.

Goldcoast Police haven't charged them for Sexual Assault as of yet.

Any opinoins?

I think it's wrong but why would they do it when they know they are watched 24/7 so I think it might of been done as a Joke.

First off, I don't understand why this program is so popular, I see it as a complete waste of time. Why on earth would anybody want to watch a group of young people generally behaving badly?

As for the alleged sexual assault charges, the latest I have heard is that the police have decided not pursue the matter. This means either there was nothing to answer for and the Big Brother people are doing it all for publicity reasons or the girl has decide not to press charges. I think given the chance, the police would lay charges as these are very serious allegations and one assumes they would have video evidence.

All I can say, being an Australian citizen is that some incident of the sort was bound to happen considering the booze, and so forth. But I wont go into much detail there. This seasons mob was also the youngest with many under 25, but considering the rumours of the show being axed. IMO, it should've been axed 2 years ago.. when Trevor won it.. Its better ending a show on a high, rather than suddenly ending under controversial circumstances.

i think it was blown way out of proportion, i've seen the video footage of what happened and camilla got into their bed and even said "you're going to turkey slap me aren't you?" (turkey slap is what they call it) then sits up after it happened and tells everyone in the room "I just got turkey slapped", they were all laughing and she didn't even leave the bed she stayed there. from what i hear its very similar to an incident last year when someone placed their bits on a womans shoulder or something.

also theres talk of her "dobbing them in" when she has been heard to say a number of times that they were just being stupid like they always do, and even she thought it was a joke.

I di like some of the reports i've heard come out about it all, at first there were reports that they had tried to climb over the wall of the house, others that claimed camilla had complained to big brother and that the boys would be charged, i've seen some reports that the boys would be going back into the house, its no surprise that people don't believe anything they see in the news or on the internet anymore

anyway big brother is a horrible show and should have been cancelled lonmg ago.

I dont think they were drinking alcohol that night, but i could be wrong. Anyway, Camilla told Big Brother that she didnt want to press charges.
