Andriy Shevchenko is European footballer of the year!!! The winner of France Football magazine’s award, the Ballon d’Or (Golden Ball) is chosen by journalists from 52 different countries and this year the AC Milan striker came top with 175 points, ahead of Deco on 139 and Ronaldinho in third on 133 points.  Btw Shevchenko is capitan of my native national football team

He earned that,he is in top of Euro football for years and i think it was about time when he is gonna be offiicially the best!!! Between the lines after Eric Cantona my fav.football player!!!

shevshenko is a great all round player ..great talents and deserved this award .. he was excellent this year
